摘要
目的：探讨LEEP 刀联合阿希米及止血纱布治疗宫颈疾病的临床疗效。方法：收治需要宫颈锥形切除患者120 例，随机分为观察组和对照组各60 例。观察组术后给予阿希米7～10 d，痂壳完全脱落后给予止血纱布贴敷宫颈。对照组行单纯手术治疗。结果：观察组阴道排液、出血量及时间、创面愈合时间明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：LEEP刀联合阿希米及止血纱布治疗宫颈疾病的临床疗效显著。
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of LEEP knife combined with hemostatic gauze and aximi in thetreatment of cervical disease.Methods:120 patients with cervical cone resection were randomly divided into the observation groupand the control group with 60 cases in each.Patients in the observation group were given aximi 7～10 d,scab off completely afterhemostasis gauze sticking of cervix.The control group were only treated with surgery.Results:In the observation group,the time ofvaginal discharge,the amount of bleeding and time,wound healing time were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:LEEP knife combined aximi and hemostatic gauze in the treatment of cervical disease has significantly clinicalcurative effect.
