摘要
目的:探讨米非司酮在妇产科临床的应用效果。方法:收治米非司酮治疗患者260例,其中终止妊娠106例(早期终止妊娠54例,中期终止妊娠34例,晚期终止妊娠18例),异位妊娠110例,子宫肌瘤44例。分别给予米非司酮治疗。结果:106例终止妊娠均成功终止,110例异位妊娠患者也均成功治愈,44例子宫肌瘤患者瘤体明显缩小。结论:米非司酮应用于终止妊娠、异位妊娠、子宫肌瘤效果显著。
Objective:To explore the clinical application of mifepristone effect in department of gynaecology and obstetrics.Methods:260 patients with mifepristone treatment were selected.Among 106 cases of pregnancy termination(54 cases of earlypregnancy termination,34 cases of mid-term pregnancy termination,18 cases of late pregnancy termination),110 cases of ectopicpregnancy,44 cases of uterine myoma.They were given mifepristone respectively.Results:106 cases of pregnancy termination weresuccessfully terminated.110 cases of ectopic pregnancy were successfully cured.The tumor bodies of 44 patients with uterinemyoma were significantly reduced,and the curative effect was significant.Conclusion:The effect of mifepristone in the treatment ofpregnancy termination,ectopic pregnancy,uterine myoma is significant.
