摘要 目的:探讨微创手术治疗单节段腰椎管狭窄症的疗效。方法:收治单节段腰椎管狭窄症患者86例,分为开放组38例和微创组48例,开放组采用开放手术治疗,微创组采用微创手术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:在微创组,术中出血量、术后引流量、下地活动时间及住院时间均优于对照组,手术时间长于开放组(P<0.05)。结论:微创手术治疗单节段腰椎管狭窄症的效果与开放手术相同,并且还具有创伤小、出血少、下地活动时间早及住院时间短等优点,因此,脊椎微创手术是一种安全、有效的手术方法。 Objective:To explore the efficacy of minimally invasive surgery for single segment lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods:86patients with single segment lumbar spinal stenosis were selected.They were divided into the open group of 38 cases and theminimally invasive group of 48 cases.The open group was given open surgery.The minimally invasive group was given minimallyinvasive surgery.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In minimally invasive group,the amount of bleedingduring operation,postoperative drainage,time of activity and length of stay in hospital were better than those in the control group,and the operation time was longer than that of the open group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of minimally invasive surgery forsingle segment lumbar spinal stenosis was the same as that of open surgery,and it had many advantages,such as less trauma,lessbleeding,early activity time and shorter hospital stay,so minimally invasive spine surgery was a safe and effective surgicalprocedure.
