摘要
目的:分析治疗老年高血压伴心力衰竭使用美托洛尔片的临床疗效。方法:收治高血压伴心力衰竭老年患者96例,分两组,各48例,常规组采用左旋氨氯地平治疗,试验组在实施常规治疗基础上增加美托洛尔片的使用,分析两组患者治疗的临床疗效。结果:试验组hs-CRP检测指标均高于常规组,且治疗有效率91.7%,高于常规组的75.0%(P<0.05)。结论:在老年高血压伴心力衰竭的临床治疗中,使用美托洛尔片能够降低高敏C反应蛋白,治疗效果显著。
Objective:To analyze the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients with heart failure with metoprolol tablets.Methods:96 old patients with hypertension with heart failure were selected.They were divided into two groups,48 cases in each group.Theconventional group were treated with Levamlodipine treatment,and the experimental group were treated with metoprolol tablets onbasis of conventional group.Clinical curative effect of two groups was analyzed.Results:The detection indexes of hs-CRP in theexperimental group were higher than those in the conventional group, and the effective rate of treatment was 91.7% higher thanthat of the conventional group 75% (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of elderly hypertensive patients with heartfailure and the use of metoprolol tablets can reduce high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and treatment effect significantly.
