摘要 目的:探讨PBL教学法在风湿免疫科临床教学中的应用及效果。方法:将临床医学专业的90例学生随机分为两组。对照组给予常规教学方法,观察组给予PBL教学法,比较两组教学效果。结果:观察组学习情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学法在风湿免疫科临床教学中可提高课堂教学质量,在一定程度上还能提高学生的综合素质。 Objective:To explore the application and effect of PBL teaching method in clinical teaching of department of rheumatology and immunology.Methods:90 cases of students of clinical medicine were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given conventional teaching method.The observation group was given PBL teaching method.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The learning situation of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL teaching method in clinical teaching of department of rheumatology and immunology could improve the quality of classroom teaching and improve the students' comprehensive quality to some extent.
