摘要
目的:讨论集束干预在急诊颈外深静脉置管相关性感染中的应用。方法:收治在急诊科室中实施集束干预颈外深静脉置管的患者92例为观察组,未实施集束干预颈外深静脉置管的患者98例为对照组,比较两组患者颈外深静脉置管相关性感染发生率以及病原菌的分布。结果:观察组感染率9.78%,高于对照组的3.06%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集束化干预措施应用与急诊颈外深静脉置管能有效降低导管相关性感染的发生率。
Objective:To discuss the application of cluster intervention in the treatment of external jugular vein catheter related infection in the emergency department.Methods:In the emergency department,92 cases of patients who were treated with cluster intervention of external deep vein catheter were taken as the observation group;98 patients who were not treated with cluster intervention of external deep vein catheter were selected as the control group.The incidence of infection and the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in the two groups were compared.Results:The infection rate of the observation group was 9.78%,higher than 3.06% of the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of cluster intervention measures and emergency external jugular vein catheter can effectively reduce the incidence of catheter related infections.
