摘要
目的:观察和研究对前列腺增生患者采用经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术以及经尿道等离子电切术进行临床诊治的效果情况。方法:收治前列腺增生患者146例。平分为两组,对照组行经尿道等离子电切术治疗,观察组行经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术治疗,比较、分析两组的临床治疗情况。结果:两组在手术时间、术中出血量、留置尿管时间、住院时间以及组织切除量方面的对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术和经尿道等离子前列腺电切术进行前列腺增生的临床诊治,其治疗效果均较高,前者的治疗时间更短,组织切除更完全,患者恢复更快。
Objective:To observe and study the clinical diagnosis and treatment effect of transurethral plasmakinetic resection ofthe prostate and transurethral resection in the treatment of patients with prostate hyperplasia.Methods:146 patients with prostatehyperplasia were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated by transurethralresection of plasma,while the observation group underwent transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate.The clinicaltreatment of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The differences of operation time,amount of bleeding duringoperation,indwelling catheter time,length of stay,tissue resection amount of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate and transurethral resection in the treatment anddiagnosis of patients with prostate hyperplasia are significant.The treatment time of the former is shorter,the tissue resection ismore complete,and the patient recovery is faster.
