摘要
目的:探讨建设新型儿童保健对社区儿童生长发育的影响。方法:对186例儿童进行回顾性分析,参与规律社区儿童保健的96例,设为观察组,另90例为非规律社区儿童保健,设为对照组,就两组儿童保健后的适应性、运动能力、语言能力以及社交能力等智能发育方面进行对比。结果:观察组儿童在4个方面的评分要明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对儿童成长过程中给予新型社区儿童保健能够有效地促进其生长发育,提高儿童在运动、社区、语言等方面的能力。
Objective:To investigate the effect of the construction of new type of child health care on the growth and developmentof children.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed 186 children.96 children participated in regular community child health care asthe observation group.The other 90 cases participated in non-regular community child health care as the control group.Wecompared the intelligent development as adaptability,sports ability,language ability and social ability of children between groupsafter health care.Results:Children in the observation group in the scores of four aspects were significantly higher than those in thecontrol group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Giving a new type of community child healthcare can effectively promote children's growth and development,and improve children's ability in sports,community,language andother aspects.
