摘要
目的:观察产后保健对母乳喂养的干预效果。方法:选取2014年6月-2015年6月细化产后保健措施后接受本院定点社区健康服务的150例产妇作为干预组,选取2012年6月-2014年6月细化产后保健措施前接受本院定点社区健康服务的150例产妇作为对照组。干预组给予心理疏导、健康宣教、产后乳房护理指导及产后促进泌乳等措施,产后42 d调查两组母乳喂养情况,并比较两组纯母乳喂养率。结果:干预组成功纯母乳喂养121例,未成功29例,纯母乳喂养率80.7%;对照组成功纯母乳喂养96例,未成功54例,纯母乳喂养率64.0%,干预组纯母乳喂养率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:产后保健服务对提高产妇的纯母乳喂养率具有重要意义,可以作为提高母乳喂养水平的干预手段。
Objective:To observe the intervention effect of postpartum health care on breast feeding.Methods:After refining thepostpartum care measures,150 puerperas accepting this hospital fixed-point community health service were selected from June2014 to June 2015 as the intervention group.Before refining the postpartum care measures,150 puerperas accepting this hospitalfixed-point community health service were selected from June 2012 to June 2014 as the control group.The intervention group wasgiven psychological guidance,health education,postpartum breast nursing guidance and postpartum promoting lactation and othermeasures.The breast feeding conditions of two groups were investigated at postpartum 42 days,and the pure breast feeding rates oftwo groups were compared.Results:121 cases were successful pure breast feeding in the intervention group;29 cases were notsuccessful;the pure breast feeding rate was 80.7%.96 cases were successful pure breast feeding in the control group;54 cases werenot successful;the pure breast feeding rate was 64.0% .The pure breast feeding rate of the intervention group was significantlyhigher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postpartum health care service has a great significance on improvingthe breast feeding of puerpera,and it can be used as a intervention mean to improve the level of breast feeding.
