摘要
目的:分析老年患者静脉留置针非计划拔管的原因并提出护理对策。方法:对108例老年患者静脉留置针的非计划拔管原因进行回顾性分析,针对原因,制定对策。结果:老年患者留置针非计划拔管的主要原因是外渗、堵塞、脱管、静脉炎。结论:加强宣教、合理选择血管、妥善固定、正确封管、加强巡视,降低老年患者静脉留置针的非计划拔管率。
Objective:To analyze the causes of the non planned extubation of venous indwelling needle in elderly patients and toput forward the nursing countermeasures.Methods:The causes of the non planned extubation of venous indwelling needle in 108elderly patients were retrospectively analyzed.The countermeasures were formulated for the causes.Results:The major causes ofthe non planned extubation of venous indwelling needle in elderly patients were exosmosis,blocking,tube knockout,phlebitis.Conclusion:Strengthening education,rational selection of blood vessels,proper fixation,correct sealing,strengthening inspection canreduce the non planned extubation rate of venous indwelling needle in elderly patients.
