摘要
目的:研究血液标本临床检验不合格的原因以及相应的解决对策。方法:收集血液样本1 000份,对不合格的标本进行登记,标记好原因,并进行有效的分析与解决。结果:1 000份血液标本中,不合格70例,其中溶血11例,错用抗凝剂23例,剂量误差21例,血液凝固9例及其他因素6例。结论:基于临床不合格的血液标本进行细致的分析,并提出解决的办法,改善了临床血液检验。
Objective:To study the causes of the clinical examination of blood samples and the corresponding countermeasures.Methods:Blood samples were collected from 1 000 samples.The unqualified specimens were registered.The reasons were marked.The effective analysis and solution were carried out.Results:1 000 blood samples were unqualified 70 cases,which haemolysis in11 cases,23 cases of misuse of anticoagulant,21 cases of dose error,9 cases of blood coagulation and 6 cases of other factors.Conclusion:Based on the clinical unqualified blood samples for careful analysis,and put forward the solution to improve theclinical blood test.
