摘要
目的:探讨动态心电图在精神病患者心律失常中的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析112例精神病患者常规心电图与24 h动态心电图的资料。结果:动态心电图对各种心律失常的检出率明显高于常规心电图。结论:动态心电图对于检测心律失常有重要意义,老年精神病患者易发生各种心律失常,有必要进行定期检测,以减少老年精神病患者猝死的发生。
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of dynamic electrocardiogram in patients with mental disorders.Methods:Aretrospective analysis on 112 psychiatric patients with normal ECG and 24 h dynamic ECG data.Results:The detection rate ofdynamic electrocardiogram was significantly higher than that of the routine electrocardiogram.Conclusion:Dynamicelectrocardiogram has great significance for the detection of arrhythmia.The elderly patients with mental disorders are prone tovarious arrhythmia,so it is necessary to conduct regular testing to reduce the incidence of sudden death in elderly patients withmental disorders.
