摘要
目的:观察积极心理护理在肩周炎康复治疗中的临床作用。方法:将86例患者随机分为治疗组52例和对照组34例,对两组患者均给予邵氏无痛诊疗法、牵引、红外偏振光治疗仪治疗。治疗组在给予临床常规护理的同时给予积极心理护理,对照组仅给予临床常规护理。结果:治疗组的临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:积极的心理护理能够有效缓解患者的焦虑和抑郁心理,有利于疾病的快速康复。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of comprehensive treatment method of Shao's treatment of periarthritis ofshoulder.Methods:86 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group 52 cases and the control group of 36 cases.Two groupsof patients were given Shao's painless treatment,traction,infrared polarized light therapy instrument.Patients in the treatmentgroup were given clinical routine nursing while giving positive psychological nursing,while the control group only received routinenursing care.Results:The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The positive psychological nursing can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of the patients,which isconducive to the rapid rehabilitation of the disease.
