摘要
目的:为职业性噪声聋的预防提供理论依据。方法:收治职业性噪声聋患者210例,对其资料进行调查分析。结果:职业性噪声聋程度分析:轻度噪声聋176例(83.8%),中度噪声聋25例(11.9%),重度噪声聋9例(4.3%)。工作单位情况:电厂126例(60.0%),机械加工厂59例(28.1%),纺织10例(4.8%),铁路9例(4.3%),其他6例(2.9%)。性别分析:男146例(69.5%),女64例(30.5%)。工作年限分析:工作年限1~10年46例(21.9%),11~20年65例(31.0%),大于20年99例(47.1%)。结论:职业性噪声聋患者以电厂、机械加工厂工作者为主,且男性的比例高于女性,随着工龄的延长,比例逐渐提高。
Objective:To provide a theoretical basis for prevention of occupational noise deafness.Methods:210 patients withoccupational noise deaf were selected,and their data were investigated and analyzed.Results:Degree of noise deafness:mild in176 cases (83.8%),moderate in 25 cases (11.9%),serious in 9 cases (4.3%).Working unit:126 cases (60.0%) from power plant,59patients (28.1%) from mechanical processing factory,10 cases (4.8%) from textile,9 cases (4.3%) from railway,6 cases (2.9%)from others.Gender analysis: male in 146 cases (69.5%), female in 64 cases (30.5%).Analysis of years of working: 1 ~ 10years in 46 cases (21.9%), 11 ~ 20 years in 65 cases (31.0%), more than 20 years in 99 cases (47.1%).Conclusion:Most of thepatients with occupational noise deaf comes from the power plant and machinery processing factory,and the proportion of menis higher than women,with the length of seniority,the proportion is increasing gradually.
