摘要
目的:探讨中医辨证施治治疗青春期崩漏的临床效果。方法:收治青春期崩漏患者64例,根据临床分型进行辨证治疗。结果:本组64例患者经过治疗,总有效率92.2%。其中脾虚型12例,总有效率91.7%,肾虚型24例,总有效率95.8%,血热型14例,总有效率85.7%,血瘀型14例,总有效率93.9%。结论:中药治疗青春期崩漏效果显著。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of uterine bleeding treated by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:64patients with uterine bleeding were selected,differential treatment based on clinical classification.Results:After treatment,thetotal efficiency was 92.2%,including 12 cases of spleen deficiency type,with the total efficiency of 91.7%,24 cases of kidneydeficiency type,with the total effective rate of 95.8%,14 cases of blood heat type,with the total efficiency of 85.7%,14 casesthe syndrome of blood stasis,with the total efficiency of 93.9%.Conclusion:The clinical effect of uterine bleeding treated bytraditional Chinese medicine is outstanding.
