摘要
目的:探讨人工髋关节置换术治疗股骨头坏死的临床效果。方法:收治股骨头坏死患者46例,对所有患者采取人工髋关节置换术进行治疗,分析其手术效果。结果:术后Harris平均评分明显高于术前(P<0.05);临床手术以后,并发症发生率4.35%;临床优良率91.3%。结论:对股骨头坏死采取人工髋关节置换术治疗,使患者的髋关节功能得到明显的改善,同时并发症发生率明显降低。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of artificial hip replacement in the treatment of femoral head necrosis.Methods:46 patients with femoral head necrosis were selected.They were treated with artificial hip joint replacement.Results:The average score of Harris after replacement was significantly higher than before(P < 0.05);the complication ratewas 4.35% after clinical surgery;the clinical good rate was 91.3%.Conclusion:Artificial hip joint replacement in the treatmentof femoral head necrosis can significantly improved the hip joint function of patients,and the incidence of complicationsdecreased significantly.
