摘要
目的:探讨机械通气治疗重症哮喘的气道护理体会。方法:收治行机械通气治疗的重症哮喘患者80例,随机分成试验组和对照组。对照组采取常规护理,试验组采取系统性护理。结果:试验组总有效率95.00%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在机械通气治疗重症哮喘后采取系统护理比常规护理的临床效果更显著。
Objective:To explore the airway nursing experience of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of severe asthma.Methods:80 cases of patients with severe asthma treated with mechanical ventilation were divided into the experimental group and the control group randomly.The control group took routine nursing,the experimental group adopted systematic nursing.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of severe asthma was more significant than that of routine nursing.
