摘要 目的:探讨肌红蛋白、肌钙蛋白在急性心肌梗死早期诊断中的价值。方法:50例急性心肌梗死患者作为观察组,50例同期非心肌梗死患者作为对照组。比较两组患者的肌红蛋白和肌钙蛋白。结果:观察组患者的血清Mb和TnI含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。AMI发生的0~8h后,观察组患者的Mb和TnI含量均显著升高;8~24h后,Mb含量明显下降,而TnI含量显著升高。对照组患者的Mb和TnI含量在AMI发生的0~24h内没有显著变化。结论:肌红蛋白、肌钙蛋白水平的升高可以作为诊断早期急性心肌梗死的依据,为临床提供合理的检测指标。 Objective:To explore the value of myoglobin and troponin in the early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.Methods:50 patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected as the observation group.50 patients with non myocardial infarction at the same time were selected as the control group.The myoglobin and troponin of two groups were compared.Results:The serum Mb and TnI levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 0~8 hours of the occurrence of AMI,the Mb and TnI levels of the observation group were all significantly increased.After 8~24 hours,the Mb level was significantly decreased,while the TnI level was significantly increased.In 0~24 hours of the occurrence of AMI,the Mb and TnI levels of the control group had no significant change.Conclusion:The increasement of myoglobin and troponin levels can be as the basis for the diagnosis of early acute myocardial infarction, provides reasonable detection index for clinic.
