摘要
目的:探讨碳酸饮料对青少年恒牙釉质脱矿作用的影响。方法:收集健康上颌第一前磨牙20颗,随机分为两组。试验组采用碳酸饮料浸泡,对照组未经碳酸饮料浸泡,切片后观察两组的表面形态。结果:对照组恒牙釉质表面少见划痕。试验组釉质极不规则,组织结构疏松,牙齿表面的脱矿十分明显。结论:碳酸饮料加重了青少年恒牙釉质的脱矿作用,应减少碳酸饮料的饮用频率和摄入量,采取一定的防范措施。
Objective:To investigate the effect of carbonated beverages on the permanent teeth enamel demineralization of adolescents.Methods:20 healthy maxillary first premolar were divided into two groups randomly.The experimental group were soaked in carbonated beverages,and the control group were not soaked with carbonated beverages,the surface morphology of the two groups were observed after section.Results:The surface of permanent teeth enamel in the control group had rare scratches.The enamel of the experimental group was very irregular and had loose organizational structure,the surface of the teeth had very obvious demineralization.Conclusion:Carbonated beverages increased the permanent teeth enamel demineralization of adolescents and the drinking frequency and consumption of carbonated beverages should be reduced and some prevention measures should be taken.
