摘要
目的:探讨护理干预对恶性肿瘤患者生存质量的影响。方法:收治肿瘤术后化疗患者150例,随机平分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加强心理干预和健康教育,比较护理干预前后两组生存质量变化。结果:干预后除对照组的生理职能及总体健康得分外,两组干预后生活质量各维度得分及总分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:有效的护理干预措施可极大地提高恶性肿瘤患者的生存质量。
Objective:To explore the influence of nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with malignant tumor.Methods:150 cancer patients undergone postoperative chemotherapy were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group were given routine nursing care, and the observation group were given the psychological intervention and health education on the basis of the control group.We compared the quality of life of two groups of patients before and after nursing intervention.Results:After the intervention,in addition to the scores of physiological function and overall health in the control group,the total scores of the quality of life of and each dimension scores of the two groups after the intervention were higher than before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Effective nursing interventions can greatly improve the quality of life of patients with malignant tumors.
