加味承气汤对妇科广泛子宫切除术后胃肠功能恢复的疗效观察

摘要 目的:观察加味承气汤对妇科广泛子宫切除术后胃肠功能恢复的效果。方法:收治行广泛子宫切除术患者64例,随机平分为两组,对照组给予常规术后治疗及护理,观察组在上述基础上给予加味承气汤治疗,记录并比较两组患者术后胃肠功能恢复情况。结果:与对照组相比,观察组的胃肠功能有明显的提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味承气汤应用于妇科广泛子宫切除术后治疗及护理中对于促进患者术后胃肠道功能恢复具有显著效果。 Objective:To observe the effect of Jiawei Chengqi decoction for the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after gynecological extensive hysterectomy.Methods:64 patients with gynecological extensive hysterectomy were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.Patients in the control group were given routine treatment and nursing after operation,while patients in the observation group were given Jiawei Chengqi decoction on the basis of he control group.The recovery of gastrointestinal function after operation was recorded and compared between groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the gastrointestinal function of the patients in the observation group was significantly improved,and the difference was statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The application of Jiaweichengqi decoction in the treatment and nursing care of patients after gynecological extensive hysterectomy has a significant effect in promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
