摘要
目的:在优质护理服务中,对护士长自身的素质以及管理能力要求进行分析。方法:在优质护理服务中,应用护士长工作情况考评表对护士长的素质与管理能力进行考核。结果:通过考核评价,结果表明,作为一名护士长,主要应从心理素质、专业技术、科学管理以及政治思想等诸多方面出发,提升自身的素质与能力。结论:对于护士长来说,其想要在优质护理中发挥出自身的作用,必须要从各方面对自身的素质与能力进行提高。
Objective:In the high quality nursing service,to analyze the quality of the head nurses and the management ability.Methods:In the quality of nursing service,application of nurse job evaluation scale for nurse quality assessment and managementability.Results:The results show that the performance appraisal,as a nurse,mainly from the psychological quality,professionaltechnology,scientific management and political thought and many other aspects,to enhance the quality and ability of self.Conclusion:For the nurse,they want to play the role in quality care,it is necessary to all aspects of their quality and ability toimprove.
