摘要
目的:探讨无痛胃镜和普通胃镜检查的临床护理差异。方法:收治行胃镜检查患者105例,54例患者采取无痛胃镜检查(无痛组),51例患者采取普通胃镜检查(普通组),比较两组的护理措施。结果:无痛组的操作时间要短于普通组(P<0.05);两组的护理满意度和成功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:无痛胃镜和普通胃镜检查在操作上有一定差异,因而在护理措施上也有一定差异,但前者属于无痛技术,且操作时间更短,患者更愿意接受。
Objective:To explore the clinical nursing of painless gastroscopy and common gastroscopy.Methods:105 patients withgastroscopy were selected.54 patients used painless gastroscopy(the painless group).51 patients used common gastroscopy(thenormal group).We compared the nursing measures of two groups.Results:The operation time of the painless group was shorter thanthat of the normal group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in nursing satisfaction and success rate between groups.Conclusion:There were certain differences in operation of painless gastroscopy and common gastroscopy,so there were certaindifferences in the nursing measures,but the former was painless technology,and the operation time was shorter,patients were morewilling to accept.
