摘要
目的:探讨老年糖尿病采用甘精胰岛素与格列美脲联用治疗的临床效果。方法:收治老年糖尿病160例,采用甘精胰岛素与格列美脲联合治疗,对比治疗前后相关指标。结果:相较治疗前,治疗后12周患者Hb Alc、2 h PG、FBG均显著下降(P<0.05);治疗后胰岛素功能指标FCP、PCP、HOMA-IR等均明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:针对临床收治的老年糖尿病患者,采用甘精胰岛素与格列美脲联合治疗,可显著提高血糖达标率。
Objective:To discuss the effect of insulin glargine combined with glimepiride in the treatment of senile diabetes.Methods:160 patients with senile diabetes were selected.They were given insulin glargine and glimepiride combined treatment.Related indicators before and after treatment were compared.Results:Compared with before treatment,12 weeks after treatment inpatients with HbAlc,2 hPG,FBG decreased significantly(P<0.05);after the treatment of insulin function indexes of FCP,PCP andHOMA-IR were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:In elderly diabetic patients were enrolled in this study,insulinglargine combined with glimepiride for the treatment of can significantly increase the ratio of blood glucose.
