摘要
目的:探讨火把花根片对面部激素依赖性皮炎的治疗效果。方法:收治面部激素依赖性皮炎患者84例,平分为两组,对照组口服阿司咪唑以及外用氧化锌护肤,试验组在对照组用药的基础上加口服火把花根片,比较两组患者皮炎的改善情况。结果:试验组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组,效果明显优于对照组,治疗的显效时间短于对照组,且服药后出现不良反应的情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:火把花根片治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎具有效果好、安全性高的特点。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of colquhounia root tablet in the treatment of patients withhormone-dependent facial dermatitis.Methods:84 patients with hormone-dependent facial dermatitis were selected.They weredivided into the two groups.The control group was given oral astemizoli and topical zinc oxide for skin protection.The experimentalgroup was treated by colquhounia root tablet on the basis of the control group.The improvement of dermatitis in two groups wascompared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group;theeffect was better than that of the control group;the effective duration of treatment was shorter than the control group; adversereactions after taking the drug was significantly better than the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Colquhounia root tablet in the treatment of patients with hormone-dependent facial dermatitis has the characteristicsof good effect and high safety.
