摘要
目的:评价预防性PEEP递增法肺复张策略对非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术(OPCABG)术后早期患者呼吸的影响。方法:收治择期行OPCABG的患者40例,随机平分为两组,常规组常规使用PEEP,复张组使用PEEP递增法肺复张策略,比较结果。结果:复张组在脱离呼吸机前30 min肺氧合指数、动态顺应性较常规组明显改善(P<0.05),较复张前也明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:术后预防性使用PEEP递增法肺复张策略,明显改善OPCABG术后早期患者肺氧合和顺应性。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of prophylactic use of PEEP increase by degrees methods of lung recruitmentmaneuver on the early respiratory function of patients after off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting(OPCABG).Methods:40patients undergoing selective OPCABG were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The conventional groupused conventional PEEP,while the reexpansion group used PEEP increase by degrees methods of lung recruitment maneuver,theresults were compared.Results:The lung oxygenation index at 30 min before weaning from ventilator,dynamic compliance of thereexpansion group were significantly improved compared with the conventional group(P<0.05),also significantly improvedcompared before the reexpansion(P<0.05).Conclusion:PEEP increase by degrees methods of lung recruitment maneuver appliedafter surgery can significantly improve oxygenation and compliance of lung of patients after early OPCABG.
