摘要
目的:探讨罗红霉素与阿奇霉素的药物不良反应情况。方法:收治抗生素治疗的患者214例,随机分为两组。对照组给予罗红霉素治疗,观察组给予阿奇霉素治疗,比较两组药物不良反应情况。结果:观察组胃肠道反应发生率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:罗红霉素与阿奇霉素均会产生药物不良反应,阿奇霉素胃肠道反应发生率明显高于罗红霉素。
Objective:To investigate the incidence of adverse drug reactions of roxithromycin and azithromycin.Methods:214cases of patients treated with antibiotics were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with roxithromycin,the observation group was treated with azithromycin,the incidence of adverse drug reactions of the two groups was compared.Results:The incidence of gastrointestinal reactions in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Roxithromycin and azithromycin resulted in adverse drugreactions and the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions of azithromycin was significantly higher than that of roxithromycin.
