摘要
目的:总结心脑血管疾病临床用药经验。方法:回顾性分析心脑血管疾病患者80例的用药情况。结果:所使用药物大部分DUI接近1.00,用量较为合理。用药治疗期间,患者肝肾功能均未发现异常改变。结论:心脑血管疾病的诱发因素较多,治疗过程较为复杂,应根据患者病情制定合理、有效的治疗方案。
Objective:To summarize the clinical medication experience of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:The clinical medication of 80 cases of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases was analyzed retrospectively.Results:DUI of most drugs was close to 1 and the amount was more reasonable.During drug treatment,the hepatorenal and kidneyfunction of patients had no abnormal changes.Conclusion:There were many predisposing factors of cardiovascular andcerebrovascular diseases,and the treatment process was more complex,so the reasonable and effective treatment programs shouldbe made according to the patient's condition.
