摘要
肺上皮样血管内皮细胞瘤(PEH)是一种罕见的低度恶性肿瘤,好发于中年女性,临床表现无明显特异性,诊断该病需病理学相关检查。本文分析了PEH的临床病理特征、诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗及预后。
Pulmonary epithelioid hemangioendothelioma(PEH) is a rare minuent malignant tumor,and more occurs in middleaged women.The clinical manifestation has no obvious specificity,and the diagnosis of the disease needs pathological related examination.In this paper,the author analyzed the clinical pathological features,diagnosis,differential diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of PEH.
