摘要
目的:探讨临床腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎无张力疝修补术的应用效果。方法:收治腹股沟斜疝患者92例,按入院治疗时间顺序分为对照组与研究组各46例,对照组行常规疝修补术,研究组行疝囊高位结扎无张力疝修补术。结果:研究组患者术后VAS评分以及下床活动、住院时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);经6个月随访,研究组复发率远低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床采用疝囊高位结扎无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟斜疝具有术后疼痛小、恢复时间短、复发率低等优势。
Objective:To investigate the clinical application effect of high ligation for indirect inguinal hernia tension-free hernia repair.Methods:92 cases of indirect inguinal hernia patients were selected.They were divided into the control group and the study group according to the time sequence of admitted to hospital with 46 cases in each.Patients in the control group underwent conventional hernia repair,while patients in the study group underwent high ligation of the hernia sac no tension repair of hernia.Results:The postoperative VAS score and ambulation,hospitalization time of the study group patients were significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05);after 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the study group was far lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical use of high ligation of the hernia sac no tension hernia repair in the treatment of inguinal hernia with postoperative pain and recovery time is short, and the recurrence rate is low.
