摘要
目的:探讨胃十二指肠穿孔手术临床治疗效果。方法:收治胃十二指肠穿孔患者136例,按照患者入院顺序将其分为观察组与对照组各68例,分别采取手术治疗与药物治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况进行对比。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后不良反应发生率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手术治疗胃十二指肠穿孔具有更好的治疗效果,能够有效提高临床治疗有效率,降低治疗不良反应发生率,具有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective:To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of gastric and duodenal perforation surgery.Method:136 patients with gastric and duodenal perforation were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group in accordance with the order of admission,with 68 cases in each group.Surgical treatment and drug treatment were adopted in the two groups respectively.The clinical curative effect and adverse reaction incidence of patients between groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Surgical treatment on gastric and duodenal perforation has a better therapeutic effect.It can effectively improve the clinical treatment efficiency,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,so it has good clinical application value.
