摘要
目的:探讨基层医院普外科手术切口感染的相关因素。方法:收治手术治疗的患者400例,收集发生感染患者13例的手术时间、应用抗生素情况、切口类型、住院时间进行整理和分析。结果:手术持续时间越长、切口分型越高、住院时间越长,发生切口感染率越高。结论:手术持续时间长、切口类型高及住院时间长是导致切口感染的重要因素。
Objective:To explore the related factors of incision infection in department of general surgery operation in primary hospital.Methods:400 patients taken surgery were selected.The operation time,the use of antibiotics,the type of incision and the length of stay of 13 patients with infection were collected and analyzed.Results:The longer duration of operation,the higher incision type;the higher the length of hospital stay,the higher the rate of incision infection.Conclusion:The long duration of operation,high the type of incision and long length of stay in hospital are the important factors to cause the infection of incision.
