摘要
目的:探讨内服外敷中药治疗妇人腹痛的临床效果。方法:收治妇人腹痛患者136例,随机分成观察组和对照组各68例,对照组给予下腹部紫草油纱外敷,观察组在对照组基础上行中药辨证施治,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率98.5%,明显高于对照组的82.4%(P<0.05)。结论:内服外敷中药治疗妇人腹痛疗效显著。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of internal and external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of abdominal pain in women.Methods:136 cases of woman with abdominal pain were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 68 in each.Patients in the control group were given lithospermum oil gauze external application at lower abdomen.Patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate of 98.5% was significantly higher than 82.4% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of internal and external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of abdominal pain in women was significant.
