摘要
目的:探讨米索前列腺醇联合利多卡因用于绝经后妇女取环的疗效。方法:将100例绝经后取环妇女随机分为常规组和观察组各50例,观察组给予米索前列腺醇联合利多卡因取环术,常规组给予常规取环术。结果:观察组成功取环率高于常规组。结论:米索前列腺醇联合利多卡因用于绝经后妇女取环能明显软化宫颈,减轻患者痛苦,提高绝经后妇女取环成功率。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of misoprostol combined with lidocaine in taking ring of postmenopausal women.Methods:100 postmenopausal women with taking ring were randomly divided into the routine group and the observation group with 50 cases in each.Patients in the observation group were given misoprostol combined with lidocaine ring extraction.Patients in the routine group were given routine ring extraction.Results:The success taking ring rate of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group.Conclusion:Misoprostol combined with lidocaine in taking ring of postmenopausal women can obviously soften the cervix,relieve the pain of patients,and improve the success taking ring rate of postmenopausal women.
