摘要
目的:探讨连续性血液净化治疗急性肾损伤合并多器官功能衰竭的效果。方法:收治急性肾损伤合并多器官功能衰竭患者55例,给予连续性血液净化治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗后SBP、DBP、BUN、Scr、K^+及CRP指标均优于治疗前(P<0.05);存活率54.5%,死亡率32.7%,放弃治疗率12.7%。结论:连续性血液净化治疗急性肾损伤合并多器官功能衰竭能够提高患者的存活率,改善预后效果。
Objective:To investigate the effect of continuous blood purification on acute renal injury complicated with multiple organ failure.Methods:55 patients with acute kidney injury complicated with multiple organ failure were selected.They were given the continuous blood purification treatment,and we observed the therapeutic effect.Results:The SBP,DBP,BUN,Scr,K + and CRP after the treatment were better than those of before the treatment(P<0.05).The survival rate was 54.5%;the mortality was 32.7%;the give up treatment rate was 12.7%.Conclusion:Continuous blood purification in the treatment of acute renal injury with multiple organ failure can improve the survival rate and improve the prognosis of patients.
