摘要
目的:探讨与分析临床医学血液细胞检查质量的影响因素和控制方法。方法:选取自愿接受试验者90例,血型相同,对比分析各影响因素对血液细胞质量检测的影响程度,并探讨有效的控制方法。结果:将正确比例与不正确比例的抗凝剂混合的血液样本中的各指数进行对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);将血液样本放置于相同室温,于不同时间对比血液样本中各指数的变化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);将血液样本置入不同室温中、比较分析温度对于血液样本中各项指标的影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床医学血液细胞质量检验中,其影响因素较繁多也较复杂,在临床医学检验中,要控制好每一个细节,从而控制血液细胞的检验质量。
Objective:Discussion and analysis of the influence factors and control methods of the quality of blood cells in clinical medicine.Methods:90 cases of voluntary acceptance of the subjects,the same type of blood,compared and analyzed the impact of factors on the quality of blood cells to detect the extent of the impact,and to explore effective control methods.Results:Based on the comparison of each index in the mix proportion of correct and incorrect proportion of anticoagulant blood samples,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),blood samples were placed in the same room temperature at different time to compare the changes in the blood samples,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the effect of temperature on blood samples from different temperature was analyzed by comparing with the analysis of different temperature.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical medicine blood cell quality test,its influence factors are more complex,in clinical medicine inspection, must control every detail,thus controlling the blood cell test quality.
