摘要
目的:观察、分析轮状病毒性腹泻患儿采用秋泻灵合剂治疗的临床效果。方法:收治轮状病毒性腹泻患儿78例,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规方法治疗,试验组在此基础上配合秋泻灵合剂治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:试验组患者治疗总有效率94.9%,显著高于对照组的71.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:秋泻灵合剂治疗小儿轮状病毒性腹泻的临床效果显著。
Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of Qiu Xie Ling mixture in the treatment of patients with rotavirus diarrhea.Methods:78 patients with rotavirus diarrhea were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups,patients in the control group were treated by routine method,patients in the experimental group were treated with the mixture of Qiu Xie Ling on the basis of the control group,we compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.9% which significantly higher than of the control group of 71.8% ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Qiu Xie Ling mixture in the treatment of patients with rotavirus diarrhea is significant.
