摘要
目的:探讨高速涡轮钻拔除下颌中低位埋伏阻生牙的临床疗效。方法:收治下颌第三磨牙阻生牙患者106例,分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用传统拔牙法治疗,治疗组采用高速涡轮钻治疗,比较两组拔牙时间、术中情况、术后并发症。结果:治疗组平均拔牙时间(16.8±3.4)min,对照组平均拔牙时间(45.3±13.9)min。治疗组拔牙时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高速涡轮钻拔牙能明显缩短手术时间,术后并发症少。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of high-speed turbine drill in extraction of mandibular middle lowimpacted teeth.Methods:106 cases of patients with mandibular impacted third molars were divided into the treatment group andthe control group.The control group was treated with the traditional extraction method,and the treatment group was treated withhigh-speed turbine drill.The tooth extraction time,condition of the operation and postoperative complications between groups werecompared.Results:The average tooth extraction time in the treatment group was (16.8±3.4)min,and the average tooth extractiontime in the control group was (45.3±13.9)min.The tooth extraction time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than thatof the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatmentgroup was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-speed turbine drill in extraction of teeth could shorten the operation time and the postoperative complications were fewer.
