摘要
目的:探讨进口和国产赖脯胰岛素治疗糖尿病的效果。方法:收治糖尿病患者40例,随机分为国产组和进口组,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:2例患者退出,3例患者出现水肿,3例患者出现皮疹,其余患者的血糖均得到一定降低。结论:赖脯胰岛素可以很快降低血糖,很好地控制饭后血糖。
Objective:To explore the effect of domestic and imported insulin lispro therapy for diabetes mellitus.Methods:40patients with diabetes were selected.They were randomly divided into the domestic group and the imported group.We comparedthe treatment effect of the two groups.Results:2 patients quitted;3 patients had edema;3 patients had rash;the blood glucose of theother patients were decreased.Conclusion:Insulin lispro can quickly reduce blood glucose.It had good control of blood glucoseafter meals.
