摘要
目的:探讨缬沙坦氨氯地平片对老年高血压患者血压的影响。方法:收治老年高血压患者188例,随机分成观察组和对照组各94例。对照组给予甲磺酸氨氯地平片治疗。观察组给予缬沙坦氨氯地平片治疗。比较两组患者的血压及相关指标。结果:两组患者的TC、DBP、SBP比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:缬沙坦氨氯地平片治疗老年高血压效果显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of valsartan amlodipine tablets on blood pressure in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:188 elderly patients with hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and thecontrol group with 94 cases in each.The control group was treated with amlodipine mesylate tablets.The observation group wastreated with valsartan amlodipine tablets.The blood pressures and related indexes of two groups were compared.Results:The TC、DBP、SBP of two groups were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of valsartanamlodipine tablets in the treatment of elderly hypertension is remarkable.
