摘要
目的:探讨高血压合并糖尿病的临床治疗方法及效果。方法:2013年5月-2014年7月收治高血压合并糖尿病患者100例,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,各50例,对照组实施替米沙坦治疗,观察组实施替米沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗,对两组患者治疗效果进行对比。结果:治疗后,观察组收缩压与舒张压下降率明显优于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。且观察组治疗后的血糖下降幅度明显优于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义,治疗前后两组患者尿素氮、肌酐变化不明显,P>0.05,不具有统计学意义。结论:替米沙坦联合氨氯地平都能够降低患者血压与血糖水平,提升患者治疗依从性,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective:To investigate the clinical treatment and curative effect of hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods:100 patients with hypertension complicated with diabetes were selected from May 2013 to July 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given the telmisartan treatment,and the observe group was given the telmisartan and amlodipine treatment.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups patients.Results: After the treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased rate of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.And the blood glucose decreased range of the patients in the observation group after treatment was better than that of the control group significantly,P<0.05,with statistical significance.The blood urea nitrogen and creatinine of the two groups patients did not change significantly before and after treatment,P<0.05,without statistically significant.Conclusion:Telmisartan combined with amlodipine can lower the blood pressure and blood glucose levels of patients,and improve the therapeutic compliance of patients,so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
