摘要
本文综述了丁辛醇装置的工艺流程以及正丁醛加氢技术,简要分析了正丁醛液相加氢生产正丁醇的基本原理以及工艺过程。对影响正丁醛加氢反应过程的因素进行了详细的分析,得出了结论,提出了控制了方法。
This article describes the technological process of butyl octanol unit and butyraldehyde hydrogenation technology,and analyzes basic principles and technical process of butyraldehyde hydrogenation to produce n-butanol. The effect factors ofbutyraldehyde hydrogenation process are also analyzed in detail, then conclusions was drew and contrrol method were put forward.
