摘要
园校合作实现资源的交换与共享，是高教体制改革、园校双方提高效益、实现共赢的一个出发点。结合园校合作的现状，引入资源交换理论，运用资源交换理论进行园校合作模式的探究，从而促进园校各层面的合作。
The cooperation of kindergarten and college realizes the exchanging and sharing of resources,and it's a starting point of higher education system’s reform , kindergarten and college to improve efficiency, and achieve win-win. Combined with the current situation of cooperation of kindergarten and college, introduce resource exchange theory, research on the cooperation mode of cooperation of kindergarten and college based on resource exchange theory.
