摘要
开关电容变换电路以其较小的电磁干扰和较高的集成度越来越受到重视,但其电压调整特性较差,在源电压波动和负载变换需要调压的应用场合中,单独的开关电容电路难以满足要求。针对燃料电池和光伏发电等新能源发电系统,提出一种分段开关电容-BOOST升压变换电路,分段升压精确调压以满足源电压波动和负载变换对调压需求。最后通过实验验证了理论分析的正确性。
Switched capacitor converter circuit with its small EMI and high degree of integration is becoming more and more popular,but the voltage regulation characteristic of switched capacitor is bad. When the source voltage fluctuates and load changes,a separate switched capacitor circuit is difficult to meet the voltage requirement. Based on fuel cells,photovoltaic power generation and other new energy power generation system,A family of segmented switched capacitor -BOOST converter circuits was put forward. Segmented boosting voltage and accurate regulating voltage could accurately meet the voltage requirement of the circuit,when the source voltage fluctuates and the load changed in the new energy power generation system. Finally the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by experiment.
