摘要
目的:探讨中医针灸联合推拿手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)的疗效。方法:将2015年1月—2015年12月于我院就诊并确诊为椎动脉型颈椎病的82例患者纳入研究并随机分组,对照组40例患者采用常规西药治疗,观察组42例则采用针灸推拿治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效差异。结果:治疗后,患者各项症状均改善,但观察组总有效率更高,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:针灸推拿治疗CSA效果显著,优于传统西药治疗,值得推广。
Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture combined massage for CSA. Methods: 82 patients, who were diagnosedCSA from January 2015 and December 2015, were randomized into the control group and the observation group. 40 cases in the controlgroup received routine western medicine treatment while 42 cases in the observation group received acupuncture combined massage, thedifference of the clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed. Results: Symptoms of two groups of patients were all relievedafter treatment. The curative effect of observation group was higher and the difference was significant, P<0.05. Conclusion: The curativeeffect of acupuncture combined massage was better than traditional western medicine and it was worth promoting.
