摘要
相较于一些常规施工项目,大型化工建设项目在施工过程中存在规模大、工期长、难度高等特点,尤其是平面与立体的交叉作业,包含了许多部门的协调、合作的工作项目,增大了施工安全管理的难度。因此,如何在保证施工管理工作效率的同时保证施工安全,推进安全管理规范化、体制化、制度化进程,是大型化工建设项目正常实施的关键。本文就大型化工建设施工项目的安全管理现状,分析了在管理过程中存在的主要问题,并为如何有效实践安全管理提出措施,以期为大型化工建设项目的施工安全管理的有效实行提供理论参考。
compared with some conventional construction project, large chemical construction projects in the construction process of largescale, long construction period and high difficulty, especially the intersection of plane and solid work, contains the many departments to coordinatework on projects, cooperation, increased the difficulty of construction safety management. Therefore, how to guarantee the construction managementwork efficiency at the same time to ensure the safety of construction, promoting safety management standardization, institutionalization, systematization,is the key to the normal implementation of large chemical construction projects. In this paper, the chemical construction projects safety managementpresent situation, analyzes the main problems existing in the management process, and puts forward measures for how to effectively practice of safetymanagement, in order to large chemical construction safety management of construction project effectively to provide theoretical reference.
