摘要
防爆设备在钻井现场的种类繁多,数量巨大,然而由于作业环境和工况的特殊性,并不是任何防爆设备都适合在钻机上安装,一件原本合格的防爆产品可能由于安装方式或位置的不同而不符合安全要求,进而引发安全事故。笔者根据多年工作于川庆钻探和壳牌公司作业现场的实践经验,在系统论述如何合理选用井场防爆设备的基础上,指出目前钻机防爆设备在安装和使用过程中普遍存在的问题,并提出整改建议。
There are many types of anti-explosion equipment on the well drilling field, and the amount is huge, however, due to theparticularity of working environment and conditions, not all the anti-explosion equipment are suitable for the installation on well rig and a originallyqualified anti-explosion product may not meet the safety requirements due to the difference of installation methods or location and then cause accidents.According to authors’ many years’ practical work experience in Chuan-Qing Well Drilling and Kepai company and on the basisof systematical discussion of how to reasonably choose anti-explosion equipment on wellsite, some commonly existing problems about theinstallation and use of current well drilling anti-explosion equipment are pointed out, and also improvement suggestions are put forward.
