摘要
建立了吹扫捕集-气相色谱质谱联用测定水中18种挥发性有机物的方法。18种目标物的方法检出限其质量浓度在2.0~10.0μg/L之间,工作曲线线性相关系数在0.99以上,加标回收率在70%~130%之间。方法准确,检出限低,可以满足饮用水、地表水和污水中挥发性有机物的测定。
Building the method of Purge-and-Trap---testing of 18 volatile organic compound in water by the combined application of gaschromatography and mass spetrum, which method has detected that the quality concentration is between 2.0 ~ 10.0μg/L, the working curve linear correlation coefficient above 0.99 and adding standard recovery between 70% ~ 130%. The method has the features of accuracy and low detection limit,which can guarantee the volatile organics testing for drinking water,surface water and polluted water.
