摘要
近几年,国家的综合实力在不断上升,科技水平也在不断地提高。在我们的生产生活中,都离不开对锂的需要。我国国土面积广阔,同样,我国也是资源大国,所以,我国有着十分丰富的盐湖锂。锂被称为"能源新贵",在金属元素中,最轻也是最活泼的一个元素。锂主要存在于花岗伟晶岩型矿床、盐湖卤水、海水、地热水之中。如果想要对盐湖资源进行开发利用,那么我们就需要做一些关于盐湖提锂方面的研究,在这项研究中,我们需要重点研究的是锂的多元化高纯度。在初加工锂中有一个非常重要的产品就是单水氢氧化锂。使用不同的制备方法制出来的产品质量也是不一样的。有些产品的用途会收到限制,是因为一些杂质的含量会超标,比如说像钙、镁。于是,在这篇论文中,我们将详细介绍用盐湖卤水通过离子膜电解技术制备氢氧化锂的工艺研究。
In recent years, the China’s comprehensive strength is rising and level of science and technology also increases constantly.In our life, we cannot leave the need for lithium. China has broad land area and rich resources one of which is the rich saline lithium.Lithium is known as the ‘New Energy’, in the metal elements, it is the lightest and most active element.Lithium mainly exists in the granite pegmatite type deposit, salt lake brine, sea water and geothermal water.If we want to develop and utilize the salt lake resources, then we needto do some research on extraction of lithium for salt lake,and in this study, we need to focus on the diversification and high purity of lithium.In the initial stage of lithium processing, there is one extremely important product--lithium hydroxide monohydrate, which has different products quality with different preparing methods. The function of some products will be limited for the exceeding of impurity content, such as calcium and magnesium.Hence, in this paper, we will make detailed introduction of the technical study of lithium hydroxide preparation by using salt lake brine with the ionicmembrane electrolysis technology.
