基于排烟温度的220t/h锅炉经济性和安全性分析

摘要 基于神木化工公司220t/h锅炉排烟温度高,排烟热损失大的问题,分析造成排烟温度高的原因是锅炉漏风、受热面积灰结渣、给水温度影响及煤质影响,并根据各原因采取相应措施。措施实施后锅炉稳定安全经济运行,排烟温度降低10℃,锅炉热效率升高0.5%,风机电耗量降低。 Analyzing the causes of high exhaust gas temperature and large heat losses based on 220 t/h boil?er's of Shenmu Shemical Co., Ltd: boiler leakage, fouling and slagging, feed water temperature and coalproperty's affection,take appropriate measures in accordance with the respective reasons. After the implemen?tation of measures, the boiler operated safely and effectively, the exhaust gas temperature was lowered10 ℃,the thermal efficiency increased by about 0.5%,and the power consumption lowed.
